Customer satisfaction is our goal at Thee Animal Kingdom. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability.

All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 90 Days / 3 months of your delivery date. All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Thee Animal Kingdom or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.
